Shipping & Exchange Policy

      1. Mr. Falak does not offer any general return or exchange on products unless specific conditions are met.

      2. Products purchased from our website can only be exchanged within 7 days if:

        • The exchange request is submitted within the allowed time frame.

        • The item delivered is faulty, damaged, or defective.

        • The product received is different from the one ordered.

        • Any essential item is missing from the package, including tags, labels, or original packaging.

        Only claims made within 7 days of delivery will be considered.

        To file a complaint, please email clear photos of the defective or incorrect product to info@mrfalak.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
        Our team will review each case carefully and fairly.

        After the item is received back and the issue is verified, a replacement product of the same value (as mentioned on the invoice) will be shipped to the customer.

      3. In the case of an exchange, all shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.

      4. Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.

      5. Unstitched items that have been stitched will not be accepted for exchange.

      6. Wedding Wear and Couture outfits cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

      7. Premium or Luxe Fabric products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

Order Cancellation

  1. No refunds or money-back options are offered on purchased products.

  2. Customers paying through Credit Card may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
    Refunds will not be issued; however, the company may offer an internal alternative depending on the situation.

Mr. Falak reserves the right to cancel any order. Common reasons include:

  • Item out of stock

  • Quality check issues

  • Technical errors

  • Payment failure or decline

We do not store credit card information and do not share customer details with any third parties.

Product Disclaimer

  1. We try our best to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate.
    However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, camera effects, screen display differences, or added embellishments used in photoshoots.

  2. All product details are provided on our website. Customers are advised to review the description carefully before placing an order.
